Jim graduated from Columbia University in 1991, and worked in banking and computer science before obtaining his CA Real Estate Broker’s License in 2003. His analytic background led him to work with investment focused clients, and after hearing their frustrations with ongoing management he stepped in to fill the need for a property manager focused on servicing individual investors.
Jim is a member of the National Association of Property Managers, the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Diego Association of Realtors.
Jim is fluent in Spanish and enjoys traveling.
